These terms cover the ko-learn booking portal. Using it means you accept them. They are written to be read once and understood, not to be comprehensive.
Who can use it
ko-learn is invite-only. Accounts are created by the tutor for existing students; there is no public sign-up. Your account is yours alone — please don’t share your sign-in details.
Booking and cancelling
You can book lessons in the times the tutor has made available. Cancellation and rescheduling deadlines are shown on the booking itself and are enforced by the portal — once a deadline has passed, the option is no longer offered. If something urgent comes up, contact the tutor directly rather than relying on the portal.
Payment
Lesson rates are agreed with the tutor and shown before you confirm a booking. Card payments are handled by Stripe; other methods are arranged directly with the tutor. Refunds are at the tutor’s discretion and are handled by talking to them.
Fair use
Don’t try to access other students’ information, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Lesson materials the tutor shares with you are for your own study.
Availability
This is a small portal run by one tutor. It may occasionally be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and it is provided as-is without an uptime guarantee. That said, if it is broken when you need it, tell us and we will fix it.
Ending your account
You can stop using ko-learn whenever you like and ask for your account to be closed. The tutor may close an account that is misused, or when lessons have ended. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your information afterwards.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, the date above changes and you will be told directly.
